How do I take it?
It's simple. Take a small piece of resin — about the size of a grain of rice or a pea (roughly 500mg). Drop it into a cup of warm water, warm milk, or honey and stir until it fully dissolves. Drink it right away. Best time: first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach or just before a meal. A couple of things to keep in mind: Use warm water or milk, not boiling hot. It should dissolve cleanly with no grit left behind. Don't refrigerate the jar. If it hardens in cold weather, leave it somewhere warm for a few minutes and it will soften on its own. For best results, take it consistently for at least 90 days.
