When you shop at Khayal, you can feel completely secure knowing that you may return anything within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure the product is undamaged and that all of the boxes, tags, and other packing are still in place. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days after the delivery date. Just email us a picture of the product(s) and its packaging to khayalhealth@gmail.com, or give us a call at 98788-76668 on WhatsApp. When the shipment arrives at our warehouse undamaged, we will start processing the refund in your bank account.

In the event that an item is discovered to be broken, absent, or mismatched from both your order and the online description, customers must report such issues to us within 48 hours of delivery. Within those 48 hours, send us a photo of the products and packaging at khayalhealth@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 98788-76668 (except Sundays and gazette holidays). After setting up a reverse pickup for the item, we will either give a complete refund.

To start a return, you can contact us by phone at 98788-76668, 10 AM to 7 PM, or by writing to khayalhealth@gmail.com. We will make every effort to make it easier for you to pick up the item. If we are unable to arrange for a pick-up, you can return the item via the SpeedPost courier service, share the tracking information with us, and we will reimburse the cost of the courier service.

In this situation, the money will be reimbursed to the original payment mode/account used to complete the transaction. Khayal will cancel the item(s) in your order once you request it, and the refund will be initiated.
