Capsules are convenient. That's really the whole argument for them. No taste, no mess, no dissolving in water - just swallow and go
But getting Shilajit into a capsule takes several extra steps. The resin has to be dried, turned into powder, and mixed with a filler or anti-caking agent before it can be pushed into a shell. Each of those steps is a chance for purity to drop and for corners to be cut. We decided that wasn't a trade-off worth making.

Ours is collected by hand at around 16,000 feet and purified in sunlight - not boiled. Every batch is tested by [Lab Name] for heavy metals and fulvic acid before it goes on sale.

How do I take it?
It's simple. Take a small piece of resin — about the size of a grain of rice or a pea (roughly 500mg). Drop it into a cup of warm water, warm milk, or honey and stir until it fully dissolves. Drink it right away. Best time: first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach or just before a meal. A couple of things to keep in mind: Use warm water or milk, not boiling hot. It should dissolve cleanly with no grit left behind. Don't refrigerate the jar. If it hardens in cold weather, leave it somewhere warm for a few minutes and it will soften on its own. For best results, take it consistently for at least 90 days.
